HIGH-PERFORMANCE INDUCTION

Using a new production process, the induction bottom made of specialised steel, developed especially for Woll, has been applied over the whole surface of the pan.

This new generation of induction bottoms enables pots and pans to warm up extremely quickly. Even extremely high-energy heat-flows are transferred directly onto the pan body without any heat congestion. This efficient flow allows Woll induction products to absorb almost 100% of the energy produced by induction hobs. Professional cooking with Woll’s non-stick coated professional cast products for induction hobs is now safer and even more energy-saving.

Woll induction products have been designed to provide the best possible performance on induction hobs, but are suitable for all types of hobs.

Ferromagnetic special-steel induction bottom applied to the entire surface with approximately 9 mm/0.35″-thick cast bottom for optimum thermal absorption and no distortion. Woll professional cast products come with the TÜV and TÜV GS certification, indicating that they are safety and quality tested by the Technical Control Board in Germany.

Woll professional cast products stand for top-quality, top-grade “Made in Germany” products, manufactured using the highest quality craftsmanship.
Our products are individually cast by hand with a high-quality, refined aluminium alloy – unstressed and free of any trapped air pockets that lower product quality. The whole coating process takes place in Woll’s own manufacturing plant – Europe’s most up to date plant of its type, using state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly technology emitting very low levels of CO2. The entire manufacturing process and the coatings of all Woll pan ranges are completely free of PFOA.

All Woll professional cast products have an extremely cut-resistant surface, which is treated with our unique, tried and tested non-stick coating – enabling low-fat, vitamin-rich and healthful cooking.

A sandblast treatment increases the surface area by 15 times to ensure the best possible adhesion of later layers.

Extremely hard cut resistant base layer: titanium or diamond crystals are bonded to the aluminium using a plasma jet at 20,000 °C/36,000 °F.

Unique PEEK infused base layer or special protective layer against corrosion
